The agreement

These terms are between you and [Legal name of the business] ("we"). By creating an account you accept them. If you use Trakiie for a company, you accept them for that company.

The service

Trakiie measures visits to your sites, logs AI crawlers, checks whether AI assistants recommend you, and ties sales to the sources that led to them. It is in beta, and features change as we build it.

Trial and billing

• You pick a plan before the trial. The first 7 days cost $0, and the plan is charged on day 7 unless you cancel before.
• Cancelling during the trial ends access right away, and nothing is charged.
• Plans renew each month or year until cancelled. A cancelled paid plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Exports and agent access open once the plan starts.
• Dodo Payments sells the subscription as the merchant of record, and its terms also apply to the payment.
• If a charge looks wrong, email hello@trakiie.app and we'll sort it out.

Your sites and your visitors

• Add only sites you own or are allowed to measure.
• Tell your visitors about Trakiie in your privacy notice, and get any consent the law requires where they are.
• Don't send us sensitive data, such as health details or government ids, in goals or payment metadata.

Fair use

Don't attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, get around plan limits or rate limits, resell access, or use it to break the law. We may pause an account that does, and will tell you why.

AI check results

AI answers change from one run to the next and differ between assistants. Check results and post ideas show what an assistant said at that moment. They are not a promise of rankings, recommendations or sales.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run Trakiie for you. When your plan ends, your sites' data is deleted after 30 days, as the privacy page explains.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Trakiie up and your data safe, but provide it as is, without warranties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. We aren't liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel any time on the billing page. We may end accounts that break these terms. Either way, the data rules above apply.

Changes and law

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. The laws of [Country or state] govern them.
